Here are some land investment opportunities for you to consider. Thank you for allowing me to send these to you. I either have either 50% interest or total ownership in parcels 1-4. Mark Sandeno is the owner of numbers 5 and 6. He is a good friend of mine and I thought someone out there might be interested in what he has.

1. Casa Grande, Pinal County, 38 acres.....


     We recently found out that the US Department of Homeland Security is building a 45 acre facility adjacent to us on the North. This facility will be for administration. They are purchasing 1.83 acres for an ingress/egress on the West side of our property They are paving a road on the entire west side of our property that will be given to the county. The road will exit at Hanna Rd. There will be paving right to the property with a fence on the entire 1/4 mile north boundary. There is also talk of a sewer line being put in to this facility which means that our 38 acres will potentially have city sewer. This area is a super opportunity. Electric and public water are right at the SW corner of the property.
     This 38 acre parcel is zoned RV...or...high density zoning. Houses, mobile homes are acceptable with this zoning. Ranchettes would be an easy downzone.
